Raw material (cold rolled coil) -> uncoil -> cut at the beginning of the coil -> weld the two different coils -> spray alkaline washing -> alkaline scrubbing -> electrolytic degreasing -> water washing -> hot wind drying -> entry looper -> restore annealing -> dip galvanized zinc coating -> control (air knife) -> cooling -> finishing -> strength and tension leveling -> drying -> Passivation -> export looper -> unloading coil -> package -> storage
