COLOURED GALVANIZED STEEL COIL
This pre-painted galvanized coil saves you the time and expense of on-site painting and decorating. Also, due to our technical colouring process, pre-painted steel maintains its vibrant colours and finish through time.
This product is available as medium and high grade quality and is used as building material as well as for indoor and household items (shelves, cupboards, kitchen counters etc) and appliances.

COLOURING PROCESS
In order to achieve this vibrant, long lasting colour, the galvanized steel is put through a 2-coat-2-bake process of painting. Once this process is complete, the coloured plate is finished in a hot air drying oven. This method ensures a more even and stable colour compared to single spraying or brushing on the surface of the formed metal.
