So you are ready to start exploring the idea of ordering your products from China. Awesome! Here is how our process usually works:

STEP 1: Give us a clear idea of what you need
You have a picture in your mind of the product(s) you need and you would like us to find a few options and prices for you. But before we set off on the hunt, we need to understand your product too. The Chinese market has a huge variety of the same product, each with its own price range and level of quality. So a few pictures, dimensions and technical details will help us to narrow down the right item for you. Once we know we are on the right track, we can send you a quote.
STEP 2: Decide your quantity or your budget
Do you know how much you want to spend on this order and how many of them you need? If you are just starting out on your China-purchase journey, it is totally understandable if you are a bit unsure about how much you will be expected to spend. But knowing your overall budget will allow us to work out:
For example, you want to buy grocery bags and you can spend a maximum of USD$500. Generally speaking, that $500 will have to be shared between the cost of the items, freight and your local Clearance.
STEP 3: Finalize your requirements
At this point you will have selected your favourite items from the quotation. If you are still feeling uncertain about placing an order at this stage and would like to see some samples before you make your choice, we can organise these samples for you to help you make an informed decision about your purchase.
STEP 4: Make the choice
So now you have received the samples that you required. Test them, stretch them, stand on them,
dip them in tea or anything else you need to do to help you make a decision. Then let us know.
STEP 5: Place your order with us
At this point, we will finalize the amount that you want, your additional requests and your freight options. Once the order has been confirmed with a payment, you can sit back and let us do the rest of the work! We will immediately get the production process going. During this time, we will keep you updated about the whole process step by step as it happens.
Note that we never charge for any consultations or quotations.
